Online & In-Person Yoga Schedule

 

MONDAYS

Kids After-School Yoga, 4:30-5:30pm

In-Person Only, Limited to 6 students

A perfect way to de-stress in a playful way. These classes will have a mix of movement and mindfulness, using playful yoga movements, breathwork, and relaxation as a way to re-connect with the body while also releasing stress that may have built up through the day. There will be time for sharing and connecting with the group throughout the class.

Ages 5-11  •  Adult Flow + Meditation with Kelly at the same time

Yin Reset, 6-7:00pm  •  Online or In-Person

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. Yin yoga is a reflective practice, meant to reach into deeper levels of the body and mind. We practice longer holds and stillness, as well as time for integration. Finishing with gentle movements to ease into the rest of your evening, the intention of this class is meant to be a space to develop a deeper sense of self.​

 

TUESDAYS

Baby & Me Yoga, 9-10:00am • In-Person Only

For new parents or caretakers and babies as young as 6-weeks old, until beginning to crawl or walk. This is a time for sharing, movement, breathing, or simply stillness. There will be both gentle and strengthening movements for adults, and connecting movements and songs with your little ones. The biggest intention is connecting to others and creating a sense of community through the shared experience of this time.

Yoga for Teens, 1-2:00pm • In-Person Only

There has always been a need for community, but it seems increasingly important to create and participate in spaces that connect with those in similar stages of life. Sifting through the pressures of daily life as a teen and navigating emotions such as anxiety can be difficult, without a good set of tools. The practice of yoga and mindfulness – especially introduced at an early age – can provide a foundation that can last a lifetime. There will be time for movement, sharing, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness practices, and meditation. Information for what we cover in class will be provided to parents to help integrate at home. On the last Tuesday of each month, parents who would like to participate can join the class.

Ages 13-16​

 

WEDNESDAYS

Ages 5-11  •  Adult Dynamic Hatha with Siara at the same time

FRIDAYS

Crawlers & Toddlers Yoga, 10:30-11:30am • In-Person Only

Parent or caretaker with 9-month-olds through 2-year-olds. These classes focus on time for the caretakers while their children are welcome to explore or participate as they would like. We focus on gentle, grounding movements, and connection within.

Kids Yoga, 12-1:00pm • In-Person Only • Limited to 6 students

For ages 5-11, an interactive yoga class for kids. This is a chance to connect socially (safely), be active, and learn breathing techniques & mindfulness exercises that can help with stress and anxiety. We'll incorporate a variety of themes during our time together – sometimes learning Sanskrit names and stories of poses, and sometimes using our imaginations to create and share new poses.

Ages 5-11  •  Adult Slow Flow with Susan at the same time

Gentle Hatha, 4:30-5:45pm • Online or In-Person

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle movements, standing postures, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.​​

 

SUNDAYS

Kids Yoga, 1:30-2:30pm • In-Person Only

This is a chance to connect socially, be active, and learn breathing techniques & mindfulness exercises that can help with stress and anxiety. We'll incorporate a variety of themes during our time together – sometimes learning Sanskrit names and stories of poses, and sometimes using our imaginations to create and share new poses.

Ages 5-11  •  Adult Slow Flow with Susan at the same time

 

Tween Yoga, 1:30-2:30pm • In-Person Only

This time of crossing the bridge from young child to adolescent can feel both exciting and disorienting. Finding balance – physically, mentally, and emotionally – is something that can help in this moment and for a lifetime. Through the tools yoga provides such as strength, flexibility, focus, and mindfulness young people can begin to move through stress with ease and discover the true meaning of resilience. Information for what we cover in class will be provided to parents to help integrate at home.

Ages 9-12
